DIY Homemade Fabric Softener – Make Yourself a Natural and Cheap One

Fabric softeners contain phthalates, which give your clothes a good smell, but it’s proved that phthalates are bad for the hormonal balance in animals. That’s why, since they are not only harmful for us, but they are also harmful for the environment, you need to make a homemade and natural fabric softener. All you need is baking soda, water, apple cider vinegar and essential oils for aroma.
Homemade fabric softener recipe
• 100 grams of baking soda
• 15-200 ml hot water
• 800 ml of apple cider vinegar (where to buy it)
• Essential oil (optional) approx 20 drops
Take a big plastic container up to 5 L. There will be a chemical bubble reaction when you mix the water, vinegar and baking soda. Mix all the ingredients and watch the bubble show. When the show is over, pour it into a jar where you’ll keep the softener. If you want to, you can add a couple of drops of essential oil. Then close the jar and shake well.
Shake well before use. The dosage
is 4 tablespoons per machine.
